If i'm not mistaken they do haveto include some little buildable thing for the to qualify as a building block set and not just a pack of action figures because of how the property is licensed.

I haven't read anything about the zombies getting full articulation. The newer zombies from the moon and dinner sets look to be in new poses.
It would be interesting if they did fully articulated zombies to represent fast zombies or infected people (like 28 Days Later).

The great thing about MotU for Mega Bloks is that as I remember the old line most of the characters used mostly the same basic body with a different head and gear. The reusability of parts is quite high with it still being similar to the original line.
