I'd like to see more Honor Guards, or maybe even a battle pack of them. (High Charity Signature set from Halo 2?) Their models look very nice (Missing some important armor details in my opinion) and I would buy up any set that includes these guys (and different armor color variations of them as well...

I would love to see some High Charity/Halo 2 Covenant stuff. Great Schism themed sets of Brutes vs Elites (Brute Honor Guards vs Elite High Councilor and other elites) would be awesome. A return to the Halo 2 & 3 art style would be welcome as well.
