How do you guys remember who all your characters are and such?

I've got a word document on my desktop rather uncreatively entitled 'Mega-Verse Stuff'. It contains my character list, locations blurbs, backstory elements, and lore pieces I've written. We've all got that sort of information compiled off-site as well, in a place we can all easily reference and discuss it.

I use Gimp for my editing and effects, and Publisher for my speech bubbles and location tags.

All of my figures are sorted into containers, by affiliation or faction, and are stored under my bed.
