*ATTENTION!* This is MAINLY for anyone who's played at least one Halo game (doesn't matter which one, could be anything from Halo Wars to CE). If you haven't played Halo at all and wanna be a part of this forum thread, then I'm not gonna reject you. Of course! Anyone can join this thread. :)
So I was playing the Master Chief Collection and finished the Halo 3 campaign for the second time in a month (well, almost. I skipped level 9 "Cortana". If you've played Halo 3, you know why. XP) I haven't finished Halo 2: Anniversary or CE Anniversary yet, but as I've played at least six levels of the main trilogy, I can say that Halo 3 has been my favorite. It's had the best story and the most epic moments (especially the last level's Warthog escape. That was my favorite part of the last level.) Just listening to Halo 3's "Finish the Fight" gives me goosebumps. Every. Single. Time. XD
Anyways, what were your favorite memories when playing Halo? It could be anything. Like looking up at the Halo ring for the first time in the second mission on Combat Evolved, or raiding Long Night of Solace in Halo Reach, or even cruising around in the Mammoth in Halo 4. Tell me please, Spartans!

*Edit* Halo 3 is my favorite in the original trilogy. As far as my favorite overall (gameplay, story, soundtrack, etc.), it'd hafta be either Halo 3, Reach, or Halo 4. They're all so good I can't decide! Haven't played Halo 5, either.

SPOILER ALERT: IF YOU HAVE NOT PLAYED HALO 3 ODST OR NOT MADE IT TO THIS MISSION PLEASE SKIP THIS REPLY IF YOU DO NOT WANT IT SPOILED. the reunion of all of the ODSTS that were sent in new mombasa, you start the game as rookie, looking for clues of your teammates, you go into a building that has rook's helmet, rookie thinks she's dead then moves on, he then finds romeo's sniper and his... uh healing gel can? next he goes into the data hive then finds rook and escorts her through the data hive, fighting brutes, grunts, jackels, and drones. They get into the superintendent's core, and find a engineer name vergil who knows a whole lot about the city, they found buck too. next, they are on a highway that leads to a mall, so they do their last standoff there while waiting for evac. a friendly phantom comes to pick them up that has romeo, mickey, and dutch, new mombasa gets glassed. all the ODSTS reunited together.

I have 3 fave moments the first is when chief steers the covie bomb out to space and into the covie bomb in halo 2 I really liked jumping onto the scarab! And last but not least was in outskirts when the hunters broke through the door!

Yup. Totally agree with you Cap. My favorite memories in playing Halo (and there's a lot) were:
1)Beating Tip of the Spear on Halo Reach, only to see Long Night of Solace above the Falcon in the level end cutscene. The level itself was SUPER fun, and is my favorite on Reach. I remember sitting on my couch last summer seeing the massive Covie ship saying "Whoa! Holy cr-ap! That's HUUUUGE!"
2) FINALLY beating Midnight on Halo 4. That level is impossible for me to beat. And when I beat it, I was playing on NORMAL. That's how hard it is for me. XP Shutdown was also pretty hard.
3) Finishing Halo 3 with the Hog escape, Halo CE-themed music playing in the level. Gave me the goosebumps. Still gives me goosebumps!
4) FINALLY beating Quarantine Zone on Halo 2: Anniversary. It took me a long time to beat it.
5) Playing through the Package on Halo Reach and a) killing all of the Zealots guarding the MAC cannon and b) after destroying the Covie ship with the MAC, seeing my Spartan stepping down from the MAC platform's ladder with the ship blowing up in front of him. And the music in the background was epic. An epic scene, nonetheless.

My favorite was in halo wars when I had two scarabs with one base left and came back to win! Can't wait for Halo Wars 2!

My favorite memory is when I was playing firefight on Reach, and I pulled a one shot triple kill with a Sniper rifle on three Jackals

I remember playing halo it was halo wars I loved theusic I loved the game totally. I loved the brute chieftain with his mighty gravity hammer I never got that song out ofy head I hummed it and hummed it and hummed it

This was the first game I played I own all the help games and have beaten them all except half of one mission in halo 2

I never played halo, call of duty, or assassins creed. But I do remember playing Metal Gear Solid Twin Snakes! >_____> <______< Yeah, I'll leave.
