The new Halo Scorpion has not been released yet. It should start showing up online (Amazon, Walmart's website and Target's website) this Fall. The approximate date is sometime in October, but that will depend on the retailer.

From the way Kevin has been phrasing availability at Walmart. I'd reckon something has been worked out behind the scenes with Mattel and Walmart Co. This is speculation, but I'll still point it out.
