Look at it this way: My culture varies wildly from that of the guys over 1200 Kilometers away, who are still in my country, so we will naturally disagree already.
Now apply that on a scale of a dozen thousand Kilometers.

So I believe there was still the matter of assessing what position would be best for a potential employee.

what if we make the new position a dog kennel manager, I mean we cant have dogs running around anymore.
