If you can't find an old set that you want to reorder, could you technically just reorder all the parts in the parts list and get it that way? Or would that be cheating?

Do you mean using the parts request form to get all the parts?

I used parts replacement to get a new Arbiter when my WR Arby came with a defect. They accepted my replacement order and sent me a Hunter.
Not mad, just disappointed.
