I would love to see some banished drop pods like the ones we see in the trailer, could include different variants of brutes then the ones we’ve seen and I don’t believe there’s brute pods yet.

Bombs, not cages. The Banished pods shown in the gameplay
exploded after the brutes got out of them.

I did, yeah. Doesn't necessarily mean the Banished are taking Spartan armour, just that Mega has used that piece. If you look at the gameplay demo, Escharum has a codpiece that looks that shape, so it makes sense.
