I think it might be a tiger, did the image also have a damaged pill box or bunker? If it has I’ve seen it before somewhere.

also pretty sure the tank is a panzer IV
Edit : yeah panzer IV equipped with a PAK 40 anti tank gun, source :
probably just concept art or was scrapped idk.

Pz. IVs had the turret up front, not in the center. They were also slightly smaller.
The rear is too boxy too.

That is not a tiger wrong front hull and wrong turret.
It not looking exactly like PZ IV is a result of mega not design their vehicles for 100% Accuracy.
The way the frontal hull slopes down is more like the PZ IV
And you are wrong about the turret placement Google images proved this was a PZ IV
