Well. Us active people create a campaign to feature on the gallery telling folks who aren't active on the forums but are on the gallery about the best bits of the forum and inviting them to check it out. It's free, you don't need a second account, you can chat Mega (or whatever you like) and you can read up on lore and character bios of a lot of the big comics. Not to mention insider info/sneak peaks. Something like that. The best parts of the community.
