Why does Commander Cody have gray hair in ROTS? He was born 10 years before the Clone Wars, and each year had 2 years of effect unto a clone. The war lasted for three years.
He would appear as 26 in ROTS.

If I had to guess, stress. He manages an entire legion, not to mention sees frontline combat for weeks on end
