Do not fear. According to this article, M*farlane has picked up the rights to detailed action figures; but Mega Construx has retained the rights to building toys

I don't want to say too much but have a read of this too. Its clear that the new game installments of Cod and Halo haven't been as popular; and its likely that sales of Mega Construx's collector series are suffering due to this. I pray for Mega Construx's future success so Cod and Halo sets can return stronger than ever.
