Terrain from inside hover dam with a power armour repair station.

NCR Presidential Vertibird
The set would come with Kimbal's Vertibird with a landing pad from the assassination quest and also a bomb.

-short sword
-medium armor
-a side arm like a dagger or bow
-a detachable helmet
One captain with:
-heavy armor
-two handed battle axe
-detachable helm
-a scroll containing imperial documents

Also
-a tent with a map of skyrim inside
-a strong steed with possible legs
-a chest with that one helmet you capture in first war mission.
