Yeah. I bought the Micro Fleet Warthog attack from Ebay sealed, but found out Chief was missing a leg armor. MCX customer service tried their best to replace it, but he was out of stock. Another MCX fan on the Discord server jumped in and sent me their extra Chief. :D

Yes, sometimes. They tried, but the result was two Challenger series blind bags, not Master Chief. If it's too old, they won't have stock anymore.

My status is pretty good! I just opened a REQ pack and it had Vigilant and Mk 6 helmets, and Fotus armor.
