The lost Hayabusa?

Hey all at megablocks. I just saw a thread with some speculations about why we haven't seen the Hayabusa or flame marine in the new armor yet. Is it true you lost the rights to make them or are they just not ready for release?

Yeah I really liked the hayabusa and I think it would look great in the new armour system, I have a yellow one, had a white one too at one stage.

It may not happen. If Mega is making hayabusa, that'll be with h3 anniversary next year.
