What does "civilian" mean? Is it a figure or some sort of vehicle?

Ant thing that a civilian uses in Mega construx form It could be a car a toaster or even a house

Well I've been there/done that already! Several times over in fact. All of the following utility vehicles were seen in use in civilian industrial capacities:
Unfortunately my Fork Lift entry is disqualified by the 100% Mega Bloks content rule. MB has never made a lift truck specific fork tine part. While I tried to make the tines using long skinny plates the results were not at all stable or visually satisfactory so I resorted to a L*go part.

I don't deconstruct sets so parts are killing me. I tried a few things but I can't get them close to satisfactory.

My builds has been seriously lacking lately. I'll see what I can do to build one up.
Question for the person who's running the contest: Will something like a phone holder count?
