MOTU Distribution Resolution?

I still cannot find the Stratos and Scareglow figures. Did the distribution rights ever get resolved? Does anyone know where we can find these figures or any future pieces?

I found the new figures at Wal-Mart. I am still missing Scare Glow and Stratos.

I know this thread is older, but did you all find what you were looking for? I don't know if they have Tuesday Morning stores by you, but I found plenty of Scareglow and Stratos there.
